See, in general, these are the reasons why a group may not come out with an episode a day after it airs, or come out with a hundred in a row really fast:

1. It depends on the actual people's lives who are doing the jobs. If there are some other groups that can come out with episodes rediculously fast, then they have the schedules to all drop their lives at the airing of an episode to get something released less than a day after it's aired. Most groups, like this one, have to rely on a series of people whose scedules have to fit around eachothers so they can be synchronized.

2. Some groups like to sub in higher quality, so they take more time to make sure the episodes are done better.
