I certainly don’t have time to translate a 40 minute movie immediately on top of translating and doing half the typsetting for this show every week, though. Plus I have to manage the group and I have a lot of other obligations.

We still haven’t gotten anyone to do typsetting. If someone with experience can join, we really need it. Right now we just have people filling in when they have time, and some episodes require way more typsetting than others. We need someone permanent for this.

We were able to find someone to fill in for designing karaoke styles. Thanks to KaiserDragon for setting aside time to help with that. But the person who had tried out to be typsetter the other week later found out he wasn’t going to have time to do the job, so he had to quit. We still need someone to do that job, for now we have other members filling in parts of it when they have time. If you can help, email me at animedes@gmail.com. It’d really help us out.
Also. There’s no Toriko episode airing next week. No One Piece either, incidentally. The next episode airs on July 31st, so we’ll see you around then.

Here ya go. This got a little delayed for various reasons relating to people’s schedules and getting the raw late. Next week should be faster.
We got a new typsetter who will hopefully work out. However now our karaoke typsetter/attack effect designer is too busy to work so we need someone to fill in for at least the next month or so. Send me an email animedes@gmail.com if you have enough knowledge of making karaoke templates and such to make something at the level of Sani’s attack effect, or close to it. If needed we’re just going to try to borrow someone from another group. It’s possible the only thing we’ll need someone to do is make an effect for Staajyun, and maybe one other character depending on where the story goes next and how fast it progresses.

Sorry there was some delay with this. First our capper was away last week so it took a couple days to get a raw, then our normal typsetter was away and our backup typsetter was pretty busy. So we needed to wait a few extra days for the typsetting to get done. But we got our new editor (Hugh_Jasss, whom we thank for volunteering and doing a great job) and made sure everything was checked more thoroughly this week, and overall things are working out better despite having to cobble together most of the staff on really short notice.
Episode 14 is already translated, and hopefully we’ll get that done earlier in the week this week. It looks like right now it will depend on how fast our typsetters will be able to finish, because typsetting those maps frame by frame is a long and tedious process and can’t be done any automated way. If anyone with experience typsetting who is able to manipulate that kind of thing as well as attack effects, feel free to shoot me an email at animedes@gmail.com if you want to help out. Or PM me on the IRC channel.

Ok, this is all done. Sorry it’s a little late. We hit a couple snags we’ve been working out. Once all the new staff members have finished a few episodes I’d expect things to go more smoothly. Once we’ve gotten used to a singular pace.
Speaking of which, if there’s anyone with fansubbing experience as an editor that’s willing to set aside time to work on this show on a weekly basis, we’re looking to recruit one more.
